| "The Shadows" is situated on approximately two acres of land on the edge of Raccoon Cove, a small inlet of Frenchman's Bay. Built in 1993, "The Shadows" is a mere 150 feet from the tidal shore. The view from the cottages is considered one of the finest in all of Maine, and is reminiscent of the rocky coasts of Scotland, Sweden and Norway. This two bedroom cottage with loft is the summer home of The Moldawers, and is available for summer rental on a weekly basis. Fully finished on landscaped grounds, the cottage has: |

| The cottage is rented on a weekly basis from Memorial Day through Columbus Day. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the cottage. Rental rates are $750/week for the summer season.
